The Mission Project Foundation, Inc. is an Idaho nonprofit corporation that has applied for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its application is currently pending with the Internal Revenue Service.

The Foundation retains discretion and control over contributed funds and intends to use contributions in furtherance of its charitable purposes, including charitable programs and grants supporting organizations and causes featured through Mission Project Foundation initiatives.
